When you reach out — through our form, by phone, or by email — we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email, phone, property address, building size, occupancy, and a note on your situation. We use it to review your building and get back to you.
Data sharing
We share contact information with our affiliated brands under common ownership so the one that fits your request can respond; we never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it's relevant to a conversation with you, and longer where the law requires it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Email investment@kwcommercial.com and we'll handle it.
